These terms explain course access, digital purchases and using gospeltechie.in.
1. Using Gospel Techie
These terms apply to your use of gospeltechie.in and to courses, memberships and digital products offered on this website. Read the product description and checkout details before making a purchase.
2. Updates to these terms
The current version is published on this page with its update date. Product-specific details shown when you purchase form part of your order. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
3. Courses and digital products
Gospel Techie provides practical training for church media teams, including FreeShow presentation workflows. The Courses membership provides one year of access to the courses included in that plan. The FreeShow Templates Pack is a separate one-time digital purchase and is not included unless its product description expressly says so.
4. Accounts and membership access
Use an accurate email address when creating an account or checking out. Paid access is associated with your account after payment is confirmed, or when an administrator assigns membership. Keep your password private. If access does not appear, contact us with your account email and order number.
5. Content ownership and permitted use
Gospel Techie course videos, lesson materials and original digital assets belong to Gospel Techie or their respective rights holders. Membership gives you access to learn from the materials during your access period. Do not redistribute course recordings, resell access or share another person's login. Use downloaded templates in accordance with the permissions stated on the product page or supplied with the files.
6. Responsible use
Do not use the website to upload unlawful material, impersonate others, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. Keep reviews and messages relevant and respectful. Do not publish another person's private information.
7. Learning materials and availability
Course descriptions identify the subject, lesson content and language. FreeShow software and third-party services may change independently of Gospel Techie. If a lesson or download does not work as described, contact us so we can investigate. Nothing on this page limits remedies available under applicable law.
8. Prices and payments
Prices may vary by country. The price and currency confirmed at checkout apply to your order; any applicable taxes or charges should be shown there. Razorpay processes supported online payments. If bank transfer is offered, follow the instructions shown at checkout. A bank transfer order may require payment confirmation before access is granted.
9. Third-party tools and links
Some lessons use or link to FreeShow, YouTube and other third-party services. Their software, availability and policies are controlled by those providers. A Gospel Techie purchase does not purchase ownership of third-party software or media.
10. Payment problems and refund requests
For duplicate payments, failed payments, missing access, download problems or a refund request, email Gospel Techie with your order number, account email and a description of the issue. Include supporting payment references where relevant, but never send passwords, full card details, PINs or one-time passwords. Requests are assessed against the purchase details and applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
11. Account access and misuse
Membership access lasts for the period stated in the plan or purchase confirmation. Access may be restricted where an account is used for unauthorized sharing, fraud or interference with the service. Contact us if you believe an access restriction is a mistake.
12. Your applicable rights
Any mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that apply to your purchase or use of the website continue to apply. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.
13. Questions and disputes
Please contact Gospel Techie first with the relevant order number and a clear explanation of your concern so we can try to resolve it. Your ability to seek remedies available under applicable law is not restricted by this contact process.
